Allies of Skin Peptides & Antioxidants treatment – 2 Minute Review.

Allies Of Skin

What is it?

It would be easier to tell you what it is not! It is a treatment, a moisturiser, a potent shot of antioxidants. It is everything you need, housed in one convenient product. Priced at £105.00 for a 50ml handy pump-action tube. Is it expensive? Absolutely. However, you pretty much have your full skincare routine and then some, all in one glorious product. You can grab yours via the link below.

About the brand.

“Allies keep their promises”

It was the story behind the brand that caught my attention.

With a back-to-basics attitude, the brand was created by Nicolas Travis, who suffering with his own problematic skin, found it extremely difficult to desipher all the jargon within the skincare industry.

Therefore, Nicolas decided to create his own simple line of products that would suit all skin types and break through the ‘noise’ surrounding the beauty industry.

I may have mentioned the words basic and simple to describe this brand however the products are anything but basic.

What does the brand have to say?

“This leave-on, all-day treatment is supercharged with 7 Brighteners, 9 Antioxidants, and a 16.5% Repair Complex to combat inflammation, firm skin, and restore a healthy barrier.”

“This powerful time-release formula contains the concentration of a treatment mask combined with the ease of a moisturiser. A next-generation blend of Palmitoyl Tripeptide-8 and Marrubium Vulgare Extract supercharged with antioxidants Glutathione, Thiotaine, and Tumeric repairs tired, damaged skin while defending it against all forms of environmental stressors.”

“While fat-soluble Vitamin C, Teprenone and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 reduce the appearance of dark spots, large pores, and wrinkles.”

“With daily use, production of collagen is boosted, and the cellular health of the skin is prolonged, for visible radiance and firmness.”

What do you need to know?

  • What is it used for: Used as a moisturiser to literally love your skin all day long.
  • Key ingredients: Vitamin C, Ceramides, Hyaluronic Acid, Caffeine, niacinamide, and a whole host of other gorgeous compounds.
  • Consistency and Texture: Light and non-sticky, a dream to apply that imparts a natural, healthy glow.
  • Does it play nice with other products: Yes! I have used it in a variety of ways, with many different skincare products, without any issues.
  • Smelly?: Nope. It does not have a scent.
  • Non-Comedogenic?: It contains Sorbitan Oleate which could potentially clog pores, however, this ingredient is way down the bottom of the ingredients list and it certainly hasn’t caused me any problems.
  • Any Irritation?: Not a drop.
  • Packaging: Sleek, functional, and hygienic.

Who is it for?

  • Absolutely everyone will benefit from using this treatment/moisturiser, regardless of age or skin type.

Is there a cheaper alternative?

There are many cheaper products on the market, however (and this is a big HOWEVER) you will not find a product with an ingredients list as jam-packed as this. A formula that performs or a consistency that melts into the skin, anywhere near as good as this. It truly is one of a kind.

Is it worth the money?

Absolutely. All the money in the world!

What do we think?

You know sometimes you play the ‘if you could only take one thing to a desert island’ game with your friends?

Well if I were playing that game, the Allies Of Skin Peptides and Antioxidants Firming daily treatment would be my ‘one thing’.

I have been using it for around a month now and have already purchased a backup. I can no longer live without it.

After just one use my skin had more of a glow, was noticeably more even and bright, and just looked healthy.

After continued use, the results just keep getting better and better.

My complexion looks like that of a Tee-total, super healthy person who gets 9 hours of sleep a night and avoids all sugar and caffeine. (I am absolutely not ‘that’ person).

I know this is not cheap. It is absolutely an investment. However, how many serums do you currently use? A Vitamin C serum? Hyaluronic acid serum? Maybe a Niacinamide serum too? Add up the cost of all the serums currently sitting in your bathroom cabinet, and I imagine they equate to at least the cost of this treatment.

This Allies Of Skin treatment can give you your ultimate skin goals. It’s definitely worth the investment. And then some.
